During holidays and peak boarding times a deposit may be required to secure your reservation, this will be applied to your balance upon checkout.  This deposit will be refunded in full for reservations that are cancelled with a minimum of one weeks notice prior to the start date of the reservation. A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations made within 3 days of the requested reservation.
